One call, one written summary, no ongoing commitment.

  • A 60 minute call with Dr. Mansfield, video or phone, focused entirely on your question.
  • A one page written action summary within two business days, clear enough to share with family or anyone who helps.
  • Specific product and resource recommendations where they fit your situation.

If your question turns out to be the start of a bigger conversation, you will hear that on the call, along with what it would involve. There is no package to buy first.

Independent, on purpose

The Gerontechnology Group does not sell devices and does not accept commissions, referral fees, or placement payments from vendors. When a product shows up in your summary, it is there because it fits your situation. When the right answer is "you do not need anything new," that is the answer you get.

How it works

  1. Choose your call

    Pick either button above. The free fit call costs nothing. The Triage Call is paid when you book.

  2. Pick a time

    Choose a time that suits you and answer a few short questions. A confirmation arrives by email. Video or phone, whichever is easier for you.

  3. Talk, then read

    The call happens. If it is the Triage Call, your one page written summary arrives within two business days.

Cancellation and rescheduling

  • 24 hours or more before your call: Cancel or reschedule at no cost. A Technology Triage Call payment is refunded in full.
  • Less than 24 hours before your call: You may reschedule once. The payment is not refunded.
  • Missed calls: If you do not join within 15 minutes, the call counts as used. I am happy to reschedule once.
  • If I need to cancel: You choose a new time or receive a full refund.
  • Free fit calls: There is no charge. A short note when plans change is appreciated.

Your $249 credit toward an Assessment stays in place for 30 days from your payment date, even if you reschedule.
